Our most critical need for a real estate professional is this, TRUST. AND, with Shirley THAT was EXACTLY how we felt the entire process. She took time and brought expertise and working knowledge to all facets, marketing, pricing, staging, open houses, communication with all involved, paperwork (a lot) and all the unexpected things that can and do come up with selling a home. Superb attention to the DETAILS. She really took pride in staging and marketing/showing the home. She made us feel like it was her own home she was selling - which was important to us.
