Shirley helped my wife and I search for our new home. We could not be happier with her services and guidance. She took time and brought expertise and working knowledge to all facets, marketing, pricing, staging, open houses, communication with all involved, paperwork (a lot) and all the unexpected things that can and do come up with selling a home. Superb attention to the DETAILS.
She really took pride in staging and marketing/showing the home. She made us feel like it was her own home she was selling - which was important to us. She put that much love and attention into the staging, adding touches to make the home look like "a home" to prospective buyers. And, that was accomplished.
She felt like one of the family. That was an immense factor in the entire selling process.
