Shirley is amazing! Many of our family members have worked with her in the past which is why we went with her. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She makes you feel like family and takes a lot of time with you to figure out what you're looking for. She was very patient with us especially as we were first time home buyers who knew nothing. I highly recommend her.

Buying our dream home…
Buying our dream home was such a special experience, and having Shirley Luu by our side made it even better.
We were very particular about where we wanted to live and only considered 2 neighborhoods in the whole city. Shirley understood exactly what we were looking for, she was patient, knowledgeable, and never gave up on finding us the right home.
When we found our dream home, she submitted our very first offer- and got it accepted!
Shirley truly listens to her clients and goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. We are so grateful she made our dream home a reality.
After 13 years of working with her, I wouldn't trust anyone else! She is a rock star, and no one else compares.

13 years ago, we…
13 years ago, we began working with Shirley Luu to make our first real estate purchase, and I'm so greatful that we did.
Buying in a highly competitive city can be discouraging, but Shriley exceeded all our expectations. Our very first offer was accepted despite having multiple offers!
When it came time to sell our first home, she impressed us all over again. We received multiple offers, sold for above market value, and closed in a short amount of time. It was an amazing result, and we truly believe her knowledge, experience, and dedication made all the difference.
Shriley Luu is knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, and fair. She takes the time to understand her clients' needs, helps them find the right home, and guides them through every step of the process. She genuinely looks out for her clients and always goes above and beyond and does does what's best for you!
We highly recommend Shirley to anyone buying or selling a home!

We cannot recommend Shirley…
We cannot recommend Shirley Luu highly enough. She was recommended to us by a close friend, and what began as a professional relationship over 15 years ago has grown into something truly special. Shirley has guided us through every phase of our real estate journey, buying, selling, and navigating rentals in between. Most recently, she helped us purchase our new home under very unexpected circumstances. Our landlord decided to sell and gave us only three months to vacate. What felt overwhelming became possible thanks to Shirley’s unmatched dedication, expertise, and tireless effort. We found a home we love and closed right on time. She has also helped our friend sell his condo and guided my sister and her family to the home they now cherish. Through every market shift and life change, Shirley has been truly dependable, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. Over the years, she has become more than our agent, she’s a trusted friend and family.

Shirley helped my wife…
Shirley helped my wife and I search for our new home. We could not be happier with her services and guidance. She showed us dozens of homes within the criteria we asked for and accompanied us to countless open houses. She drafted so many offers and counter offers for us during the negotiation process. When one was finally accepted she did so much work and coordinating throughout the inspection, financing, and closing processes. Home buying is incredibly stressful, but she made it as smooth as possible. My wife and I are not experienced home buyers so her experience was invaluable.
We were so impressed with how dedicated Shirley was to the job. She took our calls even late at night, worked on our tight deadlines, and was friendly and professional throughout. She's a workaholic! I would recommend Shirley as a broker to anyone and already have to my family and friends.
