She really took pride in staging and marketing/showing the home. She made us feel like it was her own home she was selling - which was important to us. She put that much love and attention into the staging, adding touches to make the home look like "a home" to prospective buyers. And, that was accomplished.

Shirley Luu provided excellent service in marketing and selling our house, from start to finish. Using her local knowledge, she was able to determine a pricing strategy designed to use competition among numerous bidders to bring us the best market price. She was able to acquire sign-offs from a city inspector on long outstanding building permits that at least five others had tried and failed to get, without any further work being done! She timed the listing and showing to get several earnest bids in the first two days. The listing was beautifully done. We were continually kept informed. We were efficiently guided through the necessary paperwork. She negotiated contingencies with prospective buyers. Shirley made this complex process easy, and showed great grace throughout.
